Hello dears. Today our destination was Ismail Samani. The mausoleum is considered one of the iconic examples of early Islamic architecture[3] and is known as the oldest funerary building of Central Asian architecture.[4] The Samanids established their de facto independence from the Abbasid Caliphate in Baghdad and ruled over parts of modern Afghanistan, Iran, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan. It is the only surviving monument from the Samanid era, but American art historian Arthur Upham Pope called it the "one of the finest in Persia

 Hello dears 😊 today our destination was Abdullakhan Tim.Abdullakhan Timi is the largest open-air market in Bukhara. It was built during the reign of Abdullah Khan. (1577). The base of Abdullakhan temple is square (39X42 m), closed on 3 sides, and is entered with a pediment in the form of a head. There are arched shelves on both sides of the walls. A high-domed porch surrounds the tim. The middle mionsarai (diameter - 10 m) is covered with a high dome. Light shines through arched openings under the dome. Corridor around Mionsaray. There were shops with dome roofs in the small corridors. The building is made of adobe (22x27x3.5 cm), the walls are plastered, and almost no ornaments have been preserved. In the past, there was trade in silk and wool gauze here.  Hello dears today our destination was Nadir Devonbegi madrasah. Nadir Divan-begi Madrasah is a part of the architectural complex located round well-known Lyabi-Hauz in Bukhara. The madrasah building, as well as khanaka nearby, were named after vizier Nadir by whose order they were constructed. Vizier Nadir served at a court yard of one the strongest and powerful representatives of Ashtarkhanid dynasty Imamkuli-khan, who ruled in Bukhara in 1611-1642. The board of Imamkuli-khan was one of the most stable and relatively peaceful for the whole history of Ashtarkhanids in Bukhara.

 Hello dears 😊 Today we started the first day of second week and our destination was Kukaldosh madrasah near Lyabi hauz.In Bukhara, near the famous historical complex Lyab-i Hauz, the well-known architectural monument Kukeldash Madrasah is located (built in 1568 - 1569). It is the largest Bukhara madrasah and one of the largest ones in Central Asia. It was built during the reign of Abdullah-Khan II and was funded by Bukhara governor Kulbab who ruled the city under several khans and managed to maintain good relations with all of them. For his close relationship with the khans the governor was given the title Kukeldash, which was one of the highest standings in the khan’s court and meant ‘a milk brother’. Later the madrasah was named after him.

 Hello dears today our destination was minaret Kalyan  The minaret, designed by Bako, was built on an earlier existing structure called Kalyan by the Qarakhanid ruler Mohammad Arslan Khan in 1127 to summon Muslims to prayer five times a day. An earlier tower was collapsed before starting this structure which was called Kalyan, meaning welfare, indicating a Buddhist or zoroasterian past. It is made in the form of a circular-pillar baked brick tower, narrowing upwards. It is 45.6 metres (150 feet) high (48 metres including the point), of 9 metres (30 feet) diameter at the bottom and 6 metres (20 feet) overhead. There is a brick spiral staircase that twists up inside around the pillar to the rotunda.  Hello dears 😊 Today we went to Mir Arab madrasah. There are two big blue domes of the Miri-Arab madrasah towering above the surrounding buildings in the center of Bukhara. Along with the Kalyan mosque and minaret, this religious educational establishment forms the whole ensemble Poi-Kalyan that is the spiritual center of the city. Construction of the Miri-Arab madrasah dates back to the 16th century and is related to the sheikh Abdallah Yamani (from Yemen), the spiritual pir (guide) of sheybanids. The exact date of the beginning of the construction is still unknown. According to one version, scientists believe that the building was erected in the period of 1530-1535/15 36

 Hello dears 😊 Our next destination was Ismail Samani.Ismail Samani Mausoleum (also the Samanid Mausoleum), one of the oldest Bukhara historic buildings, is located at the site of an ancient cemetery in Samanid Park near the Registan Square. They believe it was built at the end of the 10th century. Ismail Samani was the founder of the Samanid dynasty, which ruled from 875 to 999. There is evidence proving that he built the mausoleum for Ahmad ibn Assad, his father. The mausoleum became a family sepulcher later where Ismail Samani himself was buried, and so was his grandson. Besides its beauty, the mausoleum is famous for being the oldest Islamic architectural monument in Central Asia. However, its design is not traditionally Islamic; it derives from Zoroastrian burial structures and fire temples. The mausoleum is built of only fired bricks and has the form of a cube. Today our next destination was Bahouddin Naqshband.Muhammad ibn Muhammad Bahouddin Naqshbandi al-Bukhari (also known as Khoja Bahouddin Balogardon, Khojai Buzruk, Shokhi Naqshband) is a prominent saint (avlie) and the founder of the Naqshbandiya Order. He was born and died in Kasri Khinduvon village near Kagan (1318-1389) which later was re-named for Kasri Orifon in honor of Bahouddin Naqshbandi. He made hadj to Mecca twice. His biography is almost unknown because he prohibited his disciples to chronicle his life and activity. He was thought to be Seyid – a direct descendant of Prophet Mohammed. He was born in a craftsman’s family. His father was a weaver and chaser (Naqshband). But it was his grandfather who played an important role in his life. He was well familiar with Sufis and paid much attention to the religious sciences. Bahouddin Naqshbandi was taught by famous counselors of that time. Today our next destination was Sitorai Mokhi Khosa. In the mid-XIX century Emir of Bukhara Nasrullah Khan decided to build a new country seat for himself. To choose the coolest place not to suffer from summer heat, the architects made recourse to an old method - dressed muttons were put on the potential sites of construction. The place, where the meat got spoiled last, was chosen for the construction of the suburban pearl of Bukhara. Unfortunately, this palace did not survive to the present day.

 Today is first day of our practice and we went to the Fayzulla Khajayev museum. It was really interesting and we learned a lot of things. This house-museum is one of the bright example of XIX century architecture. It is not only famous with a rich millionaire merchant but also it decorations, arts are so rare and unique.  The first owner of this museum was Ubaydulla Khajayev. After his death this museum passed to his son-heir Fayzulla Khajayev.  This museum is located in the center of Bukhara and every year many tourists come and enjoy the beauty of this house-museum.
